Service Receptionist

Preston Toyota is seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our aftersales team. This role is the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, playing a key part in creating a positive and professional service experience.

Working in a fast-paced dealership environment, you will support the service team with front-of-house responsibilities, customer communication, and administration. This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings great energy, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Greet customers and manage front-of-house service enquiries
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
• Act as the first point of contact for all service customers
• Schedule bookings and assist with service coordination
• Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Ensure the reception area is professional and welcoming
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous customer service or reception experience
• Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
• Friendly, professional, and high-energy approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to help
