Accessories Fitter

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and skilled Accessories Fitter to join the team at Preston Toyota.

About the Role

As an Accessories Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting a range of genuine and aftermarket accessories to new and used vehicles, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installation of vehicle accessories including bull bars, tow bars, canopies, roof racks, side steps and protection products
• Fitting electrical accessories such as driving lights, reverse cameras and brake controllers
• Conducting pre-delivery accessory fitment and quality checks
• Diagnosing and rectifying installation issues where required
• Maintaining accurate records of completed work
• Working collaboratively with the Pre-Delivery and Service teams
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience as an Accessories Fitter, Automotive Technician, Auto Electrician or similar trade
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience fitting automotive accessories and aftermarket products
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
