Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

Melbourne City Land Rover is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong sales results within a premium automotive environment.

Working with a quality range of pre-owned vehicles, you will guide customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to delivery. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is passionate about delivering a premium guest experience.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and across digital channels
• Present and demonstrate used vehicles confidently
• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Work closely with Business Managers to maximise every opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within dealership systems
• Deliver a professional and premium customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Two (2) Years experience in a prestige new or used car sales role required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven mindset
• Confidence in building rapport and closing opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
