We are looking for Parts Interpreters to join the team. This is your chance to get your foot in the door with Eagers Automotive and work with great bands such as Nissan, Kia, Mitsubishi, BYD and GM 

The Role: 

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the focus of this role is to liaise with trade and internal customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from electronic catalogues as well as processing motor vehicle parts orders via our phone room.

What We're Looking For:

• Persons wishing to commence a career in the Prestige Motor trade
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills, phone room, customer service and phone operator background
• Ability to work autonomously and as an integral team member
• Excellent time management skills - (We are a fast-paced environment)
• Process driven
• Tech Savvy - PC skills is a must!
• Reliable and Punctual
• A Positive and Can-Do Attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Have a current driver's license

Duties:

• Parts Interpreting for trade, internal and retail customers
• Answering the parts phone and online portals to interpreting parts - Internal and External
• Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
• Handle internal & external business as required
• Liaise with warehouse staff
• Previous Interpreting experience with motor vehicles will be highly regarded but not necessary as training will be provided
• Communicate clearly with customers & possess a good phone manner
• ERA (Pentana) - candidates exposed to this system would be highly regarded but not essential
