Eagers Automotive Parts Distribution Centre in Pinkenba is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor / Parts Interpreter to join our team.
Supporting some of Australia's most recognised automotive brands including BYD, Kia, Mitsubishi and Nissan, our Parts Distribution Centre plays a critical role in supplying genuine parts to both dealership networks and trade customers across the region.

About the Role
As a Parts Advisor / Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing professional parts advice and support to retail and trade customers while ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and identifying automotive parts requirements
- Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining stock control and inventory accuracy
- Liaising with internal departments and external customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting the team to meet daily operational targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, preferably within a dealership environment
- Strong automotive parts knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and administration skills
- A positive attitude and team-first approach
