Parts Interpreter

Our Parts Delivery Centre located in Pinkenba Holt Street is looking for a Parts Interpreter to join the team. This is your chance to get your foot in the door with Eagers and work with great bands such as Mazda and Ford. 

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the main focus of this role is to liaise with trade, Dealers and retail customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts from electronic catalogues as well as processing motor vehicle parts orders. If you have a positive 'can do' attitude, passion for providing great service and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment this could be your next opportunity.

About this role:

• Parts Interpreting for trade, Dealers and retail customers
• Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts
• Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
• Handle internal & external business as required
• Liaise with warehouse staff
• Previous Interpreting experience with motor vehicles will be highly regarded but not necessary as training will be provided
• Communicate clearly with customers & possess a good phone manner
• ERA (Pentana) - candidates exposed to this system would be highly regarded but not essential
