We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, punctual and reliable individual to join our friendly Service team at our busy dealership as a Service Advisor.
This position is a business-critical role with Customer Service at heart, you will be the face of the business representing well established brands and building trust with our customers, whether they are servicing their vehicle and needing expert advice and help to keep them moving, or making their next big purchase.
Candidates do not necessarily need previous experience as we can provide excellent training opportunities, but a desire to build a career within a growing business representing fantastic brands is a must. The successful candidate will be articulate, possess the ability to communicate at all levels and will be highly organised. You will hold customer service as the number one priority and be willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Impeccable personal presentation & phone skills
- Friendly, welcoming demeanour and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Conscientious and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail
- Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile!
About the role:
- Full time permanent position
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm
