We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our team at Gerald Slaven Ford in Phillip.

As our Phillip location is growing, we will be requiring another parts interpreter to help with the additional workflow and throughput of orders and quotations coming in.
 
About the Role:
Duties will include, but are not limited to –

  • Working with the workshop mechanics and service team to quote up parts and ordering them.
  • Organising pre-picks, stock orders, etc to fulfil the workshop requirements.
  • Following up quotations.
  • Keeping our customers and service team up to date on their orders.

 
About You:
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing amazing customer service in our dealership. To be successful in this role, you’ll also tick all of the following boxes - 

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Have exceptional communication & customer service skills
  • Thrive in a busy workshop orientated role
  • Great problem solver 
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills
  • Have a current full Australian driver’s license
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
