About Us - 
We’re known for driving change in the marketplace in a dynamic and exciting way. We’re looking for a sales manager – to lead our Volvo and Polestar brands and further strengthen our commitment and reputation in the Canberra market. 
In this key management and leadership position you will play a fundamental role in ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience; you’ll most likely already be performing the role of Sales Manager looking for new challenges or an experienced Assistant Sales Manager ready to step up.

• You have the ability & drive to motivate and lead the brand
• You must have strong ‘sales’ management experience with proven performance in an automotive dealership
• You have sound industry experience
• You’re a natural with people – capable, approachable, and collaborative
• You’re an effective communicator
• You have strong business and finance acumen and you’re great with paperwork
