The Opportunity
Reporting directly to State Financial Controller, you will effectively oversee and manage the financial wellbeing of the business. 
As a key leader within the business, you will be jointly responsible for the direct management and mentorship of our finance and administration team. You will be responsible for building strong working relationships across the business and will partner closely with Dealer Principals and Department Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Financial recording and reporting 
• Cash Flow Management
• Maintaining accurate accounts to facilitate the timely production of trading results
• Dealership Systems and Procedures control - experience using Titan and Tune Data Management Systems will be highly regarded
• Ensure all statutory returns are completed 
• Plan, direct, monitor and control the activities of finance and administration team
• Tax compliance
• Oversee Payroll 
• Identifying and implementing areas for process improvement

Key requirements: 

• Tertiary education in Accounting 
• Demonstrated experience within a similar function 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CA or CPA not mandatory, yet desirable
