You’ll bring

• Proven sales experience - rapport building, negotiation, and closing with integrity.
• Sharp discovery skills - asking better questions to unlock better customer outcomes.
• A can‑do attitude and team-first approach - energy, resilience, and maturity on the floor.
• Financial Services/F&I experience - consumer & commercial quoting, applications, and insurer/financier liaison.
• Comfort with compliance-driven processes and tech-savvy basics.
• A current driver’s licence (bonus points if you love EVs!).
