Vehicle Sales Consultant

Bridge Toyota Palmerston is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong sales results in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Representing Australia's most trusted automotive brand, you will guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery. Whether customers are purchasing their first vehicle, upgrading their family car, or adding to a commercial fleet, you'll help them find the right solution while building long-term relationships.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and across digital channels
• Present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles confidently
• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Work closely with Business Managers to maximise every opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within dealership systems
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Automotive sales experience highly regarded but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven mindset
• Confidence building rapport and identifying customer needs
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
