Osborne Park Mitsubishi are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our busy aftersales team. This full-time role is ideal for a receptionist looking to take the next step or someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in ensuring warranty claims are processed efficiently and in line with manufacturer requirements.

 

As a Warranty Administrator, you play a vital role in supporting both our service department and guests by managing warranty submissions from start to finish. Your ability to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with internal teams, and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines will contribute to the smooth operation of our dealership and a positive guest experience. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare, submit and reconcile warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Review repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure claim accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on rejected or pending submissions
  • Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and management to resolve warranty-related enquiries
  • Maintain accurate warranty records and ensure all documentation is filed correctly
  • Multi-brand role working with Mitsubishi, GMSV and subaru
  • Assist with manufacturer audits and ensure dealership processes remain compliant

What You'll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator, automotive administration, or dealership service role
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer requirements (preferred)
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise competing tasks
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience with dealership management systems
  • Australian working rights
