Vehicle Sales Consultant

The Mitsubishi Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets through professional vehicle presentation, product knowledge, and relationship building. The role focuses on understanding customer needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Mitsubishi vehicles
• Demonstrate vehicles and clearly explain features, benefits, and specifications
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Prepare quotations, finance options, and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on enquiries and leads
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth handover process
• Stay up to date with Mitsubishi products, promotions, and market trends
• Uphold dealership standards, policies, and brand values

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a positive and energetic attitude
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Valid driver’s license (where applicable)
• Previous automotive or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential
