About the Role
Osborne Park Mazda are looking for a professional and organised Service Receptionist to join our service department front-of-house team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying calm under pressure, and being the first point of contact for service guests visiting our dealership.
As the first interaction many customers have with our Service team, you play a vital role in setting expectations for their visit and keeping operations running smoothly throughout the day. How you greet, assist, and communicate directly supports the flow of the workshop and the overall guest experience. This role suits someone who is approachable, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Vehicle transport: Pick up and drop off government vehicles safely and punctually.
- Office liaison: Coordinate bookings and schedules directly with multiple government departments.
- Financial admin: Manage fleet invoicing, data entry, and monthly expense reconciliations.
- Compliance checks: Perform basic vehicle inspections and logbook audits before and after handovers.

Skills & Experience:
- Licence requirement: Full, clean Australian Driver’s Licence (C-Class minimum).
- Communication skills: Professional manner for liaising with diverse government staff.
- Admin proficiency: Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic invoicing software.
- Time management: Ability to manage independent driving routes alongside desk-based admin tasks.
- Background check: Willingness to undergo a National Police Check (required for government contracts).
