About the role:

 

 

Mazda Osborne Park is currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

 

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our service department customers, both over the phone and via email. You will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and play a key role in coordinating service bookings and supporting the daily operations of the department.

 

The duties of this role will include:

 

  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting customers with service enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing customer service bookings and scheduling appointments
  • Contacting customers who are due for annual servicing
  • Updating repair orders as required
  • Following up on parts orders and customer enquiries
  • Logging and recording telephone calls where required
  • Invoicing, filing, and completing general administration duties

  • A professional and friendly phone manner, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • The ability to remain calm and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
