Service Advisor

About the role:

Eagers Automotive is currently seeking Service Advisors with great attention to detail and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic BYD teams.

It is the role of the Service Advisor to be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the service department. This will include booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations. The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be beneficial for the role.

Duties include:

• Assisting Service Manager with day-to-day operations
• Maintaining positive customer and employee relations  
• Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicle service
• Quoting additional service work
• Ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Deliver high quality customer service
