Osborne Park Ford is one of WA’s most awarded Ford dealerships. Based out of the new, state-of-the-art Osborne Park Automall, we are seeking a customer-focussed and confident individual to join our team of Service Advisors.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is the integral link between the customer and the service team.
The Service Advisor position is a diverse role, with key focuses including:
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service, both in person and over the phone
- Seeking approval for additional service work found during vehicle inspections
- Ensuring all customer requirements & commitments are met in a timely manner
- Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for long term business success
- Delivering quality customer service focusing on win-win outcomes for our guests
The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focused, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background or passion in these fields would be highly advantageous.
About You

You will ideally possess:
- Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable but not essential
- General understating of a vehicle’s components & functionality
- Keenness to learn and grow with the brand
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate with a high level of Integrity
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Have an appetite for online learning and product training with Ford
