Service Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service team in Osborne Park. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare repair orders and explain required work to guests
• Liaise with technicians to provide accurate vehicle status updates
• Maintain clear, timely communication throughout the service process
• Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Current driver’s licence
