Senior Service Advisor

About the Role

Osborne Park Automall is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, while also taking the lead in managing complex service cases and supporting junior team members.

You'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service department, providing guidance where needed, and helping us maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare detailed repair orders and clearly communicate work required
• Liaise closely with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely updates and workflow
• Oversee and support junior Service Advisors as needed
• Manage escalated or complex guest concerns with professionalism
• Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the service process
• Upsell additional services and ensure guest authorisations are properly obtained

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Service Advisor role (minimum 2–3 years)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing processes and workshop operations
• Confident in handling escalated guest queries and complex repairs
• Leadership qualities or experience mentoring junior team members
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism
• Current driver's licence
