Pre Delivery Coordinator

About the Role:

Osborne Park Ford has an exciting opportunity to join our service team as the Pre-Delivery Coordinator at our dealership in Osborne Park.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will work closely with various stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Stock Control to coordinate and drive all pre-delivery requirements for new and used vehicles. This position also includes responsibility for Stock Controlling, ensuring accuracy and accountability for all incoming and outgoing stock.

Duties will include:

• Liaising with various departments across the business to ensure pre-delivery processes are achieved in a timely manner

• Completing inspections prior to delivery

• Managing and maintaining accurate stock control records

• Ensuring a constant commitment and compliance to WHS

You will ideally possess:

• Previous experience in stock control, pre-delivery coordination or a similar role

• Exceptional organisational ability

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities

• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
