Skills & Experience
· Strong automotive parts knowledge and experience in a dealership or trade environment
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to interpret parts catalogues and technical information
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Computer literacy and experience with dealership systems
