About the Role 

BYD Osborne Park are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused BYD Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of one of the world’s fastest-growing EV brands, guiding customers through their electric vehicle journey with expert product knowledge and a passion for innovation. 

 

  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and match them to the right EV solution 

  • Deliver tailored test drives and product demonstrations of BYD vehicles 

  • Stay up to date with the latest BYD product innovations and features 

  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery 

  • Build long-term relationships and ensure exceptional guest experiences 

 

 

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer service roles 

  • Interest in electric vehicles, sustainability, and new technologies 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong sales focus with a customer-first mindset 

  • Current driver’s licence
