About the Role 
Osborne Park Ford are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fleet Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry and driven to succeed in a high-performing sales environment. 

 

 

  • Proactive Business Development: Actively pursue and secure new fleet sales opportunities through strategic outreach and targeted prospecting.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in medium and large-sized companies.
  • Account Management: Foster, nurture, and maintain existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive fleet sales quotations and proposals.
  • Delivery Coordination: Manage the delivery process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our fleet clients.
  • Market Expansion: Drive fleet-sales expansion by identifying and capitalising on untapped opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Excellence: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled customer service and support throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Reporting: maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

 
 
Skills and Experience

 

  • Be ambitious, confident and self-motivated.
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or fleet industry.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Be immaculately presented.
  • Possess good computer skills.
  • Be passionate about premium brand automobiles.
  • Have a desire to succeed.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license.
