Are you in fleet sales and are looking at taking your career to the next level or a sales manager looking for a new challenge?

We’re seeking the right person to be the BYD Western Australia Fleet Manager for the EV Dealer Group to lead a team of people to grow BYD Fleet sales in WA!

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team focused on growing fleet sales across a diverse range of clients—from SMEs to large corporate fleets, leasing companies, not for profits, local/State/ and Federal Government entities, and much more!

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of fleet sales consultants and administration staff
• Drive business development with fleet, commercial, and Government clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally throughout WA
• Deliver tailored BYD fleet solutions aligned to client needs
• Monitor performance, pipeline, deliveries, customer experience, and sales targets

What We’re Looking For
• Proven fleemt management experience in automotive 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Passion for constant growth and always driving for more
