About the Role 

Osborne Park Ford are seeking a professional and organised Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will:

• Provide efficient administrative support to the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate fleet vehicle builds, deliveries, and related logistics while working to strict deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Adopt a proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated approach to daily tasks.
• Ensure a customer-centric focus in all interactions and service delivery.
  
  

Skills & Experience 

• Strong Excel capability and general computer competence to support reporting and coordination tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure 
• Demonstrate high levels of efficiency, organisation, and time management.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
