Our dealership is known for delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team and support our continued growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a key role in presenting finance and insurance solutions, guiding customers through their options, and ensuring every interaction is professional, seamless and genuinely helpful.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maximising finance and insurance sales while supporting an exceptional customer journey
• Partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Building strong relationships based on trust and clear communication
• Growing your understanding of our brand, products and services
• Ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently
• Delivering value and tailored solutions to every guest

Trading Hours

We offer genuine work-life balance supported by new trading hours:

• Mon–Tue: 8:30am–5:30pm
• Wed: 8:30am–8:00pm
• Thu–Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
• Sat: 8:30am–1:00pm

What We Are Looking For

You are confident, positive and professional, someone who builds rapport easily and enjoys helping customers make informed decisions. You bring:

• Experience providing finance or lending services
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
• Excellent organisational skills and a results-driven mindset
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
• Valid Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence
