About the role:
Eagers Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Brand Manager to spearhead the launch and development of Denza, our new luxury EV brand opening soon at the Osborne Park Automall.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, this role will focus on building Denza’s brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a premium experience across all touchpoints. You’ll lead the brand’s activation strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with OEM standards and customer expectations.
Duties will include:
- Working closely with the Group General Manager and other dealerships within the Automall to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency within the Denza dealership.
- Ensure appropriate operational reporting and internal controls are in place whilst monitoring key operating criteria, to facilitate the early indication of potential concerns and formulate timely and proactive solutions.
- Analyse, assess and report on operational Key Performance Indicators.
- Review financial performance and provide guidance on corrective actions to improve performance where required.
- Analyse dealership results, including Group General Manager reviews and state dealership operational comparisons.
- Lead the Sales Team and provide on the job coaching to employees.
- Drive and champion a safety-first culture across the business.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.
About you:

Ideally you will possess:
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including operational aspects.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the automotive or luxury sectors
- Strong financial acumen including analysing of financial data, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of ERA and associated business information systems.
- Supporter and champion of a safety-first culture and knowledge of specific WHS requirements for service and parts departments.
- Highly developed commercial and influencing acumen.
- Highly developed leadership and communication skills.
- Strong level of integrity, inclusiveness and ethical decision making.
