We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our Nundah service department and deliver exceptional customer and operational outcomes.

 

About the Role

As the Service Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations of the service department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service, strong team performance, and profitable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
  • Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service standards
  • Manage department workflows, productivity, and efficiency
  • Monitor and achieve financial targets, including labour sales and profitability
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Oversee warranty processes, customer resolutions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance

 

About You

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager, Experienced Assistant Manager or senior service leadership role within automotive retail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
