Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the purchasing journey
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Generate and follow up sales leads
• Negotiate sales and achieve individual sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales departments

About You

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong customer service focus
• Current Australian driver's licence
