About the Role:
As part of the Eagers Automotive Group, Norris Motor Group has an ideal opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dealer group at Nundah Isuzu. We can offer you the opportunity to challenge yourself every day and actually see the rewards from your efforts in your earnings. Selling cars is the easy part.....we will train, build and grow your confidence each step of the way! The ultimate focus is your ability to build relationships and trust, follow a process and provide each guest with a superior experience which results in repeat business and long-lasting relationships.

Our ideal candidates must have:

• Be able to build rapport instantly with customers
• Experience in sales, customer facing roles or hospitality
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service 
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent presentation, self-motivation with the drive to exceed targets
• Ability to take initiative and work hard under pressure
• Maintaining product knowledge
• Ability to face every challenge with good time management skills
• A current Australian Drivers Licence
