We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and performance-driven Finance and Insurance Consultant to deliver tailored finance solutions while providing a premium guest experience at our Norris Motor Group Northside site in Nundah.

 What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalised finance solutions
• Facilitate consumer and commercial lending from start to finish
• Build rapport in a dynamic, high-traffic, multi-brand dealership
• Leverage digital tools and finance platforms to drive performance
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to deliver a seamless guest journey
• Quote insurance and aftercare products

• Background in finance, lending, or vehicle sales (experience in both is a plus)
• Confident communicator who thrives in face-to-face interactions
