We have an opportunity for a Service Receptionist and Administration Superstar to join our team.This role will be based at North Lakes, and out of two dealerships. You will be working with both teams Torque Honda and Torque Ford.
This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus. The core role of the Service Receptionist is to act as the first point of contact for anyone visiting the Service Centre or making general telephone contact, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate person or dealing with their query. It also will cover and assist other departments and duties in particular warranty, customer service and general reception duties.
Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will carry out a range and variety of duties related to running the dealerships Service Department, including but not limited to:
• Meet and greet customers at the service counter.
• Take service bookings via phone and email.
• Follow up and answer online service enquiries.
• Foster a positive working relationship with all areas of the Workshop, including
· management, service advisors and technicians.
• General administrative support to the Service Department including maintaining
· and ordering stationery and kitchen supplies.
• General clerical duties.
• General administrative duties
• Other duties as directed by the Manager for this position.
Advantageous Skills & Experience:
• Exemplary presentation and excellent communication and customer handling
• skills.
• Previous experience on busy switchboard.
• Ability to cope with several different tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining an
• air of calm and professionalism.
• High level of skills in relation to record keeping and paperwork.
• Able to work independently and as part of service team.
• Above average skills in time management and organization of administrative
• duties.
• High level of computer literacy.
