About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team, supporting both Torque Honda and BYD North Lakes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer service bookings and enquiries
• Greeting customers and accurately identifying their service requirements
• Preparing estimates and explaining recommended work
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow and communication
• Providing updates on vehicle progress and completion times
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate service records
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Sound computer and administration skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• A current driver's licence

Experience with dealership management systems and a passion for the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
