About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between the customer and the workshop. You will ensure every service experience runs smoothly from booking through to vehicle handover.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle servicing needs

• Booking service appointments and managing workflow

• Liaising with technicians to provide updates and recommendations

• Preparing quotes and invoices clearly and accurately

• Delivering a high level of customer service at every touchpoint

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or similar

• Strong communication and organisational skills
