Service Advisor

About the Role

Torque Honda are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for service customers, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with technicians to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate required work
• Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers throughout the service process
• Upsell additional service and repair work where appropriate
• Ensure all work is authorised and completed to dealership standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail and professional approach
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Competent using dealer systems and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
