Your Role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer receives outstanding care and attention. You’ll manage bookings, communicate with technicians, and keep customers informed throughout their service journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with service enquiries
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
• Provide accurate quotes and explain service details
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
