About the Role:

As an Automotive Parts Interpreter, you’ll be the vital link between our workshop, retail customers, and suppliers. Your role will involve identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify and supply parts for both internal and external customers
• Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and availability
• Process orders, manage inventory, and maintain stock levels
• Liaise with suppliers and workshop technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Ford experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with parts cataloguing systems and dealership software
