New Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Trainee New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our BYD North Lakes dealership in a full time position.

This role is ideal for someone starting their sales career who brings a strong work ethic, a genuine interest in learning, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences. With structured training and support from experienced leaders, you will develop the skills needed to succeed in automotive sales while building long term career opportunities within Eagers Automotive.

In this role, you will learn to guide customers through the purchase journey, from first enquiry through to delivery, while building trusted relationships and representing the BYD brand professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging customers in the showroom and via phone or digital enquiries

• Learning to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

• Supporting test drives and vehicle demonstrations

• Assisting with preparing quotes and following up leads

• Learning dealership sales processes and systems

• Maintaining accurate CRM records

• Contributing to team targets and customer satisfaction results

• Supporting the delivery process and aftersales experience

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who brings:

No automotive experience is required for the right candidate, full training will be provided.
