Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Torque Ford North Lakes, and help businesses find the perfect vehicle solutions.

As a Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, understanding their fleet needs, and delivering tailored vehicle solutions. You’ll work closely with our sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

What the Role Entails
·       Develop & manage a portfolio of fleet clients across various industries
·       Identify new business opportunities and generate leads & referrals through networking and outreach
·       Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers
·       Have an always on approach to OneCX – Our Ford Customer Satisfaction Results
·       Prepare & present competitive quotes and proposals within strict timeframes
·       Coordinate vehicle quotes, orders, deliveries and post-delivery support

• Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made
• Be agile and flexible to change - things move quickly here
• A strong and reliable worth ethic & process driven mindset
• Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs with a “nothings a problem" attitude
• Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step

 
The successful applicant will possess:
 

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in fleet or B2B environments
• A proactive customer first mindset
• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills 
• Have a valid driver’s license
• A great attitude!
