Warranty Administrator

About the Role

Newstead Mazda are seeking a detail‑focused and organised Warranty Administrator to support our Service department.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant, and processed within required timeframes.

Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the manufacturer, this position plays a key role in maintaining strong compliance standards and supporting overall service department performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims in line with Mazda manufacturer requirements
• Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
• Liaise with technicians, Service Advisors, and Mazda regarding warranty matters
• Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and resubmissions
• Maintain accurate warranty records and reporting
• Support warranty audits and ensure processes meet dealership and manufacturer standards
• Assist with continuous improvement of warranty processes

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator or automotive service administration role highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good understanding of dealership service operations and warranty procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident communication skills and professional approach
• Competent using dealership systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
