We are looking for a collection extraordinaire who is strategic thinker and able to balance empathy with results to join our car subscriptions concierge team. If you love working with people, building relationships and making things run like a well-oiled machine, then this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer engagement via multiple channels including phone, email
• Customer data entry/modification/updating
• Skip tracing and location of customers contact information
• Updating customer information to hold accurate data set
• Negotiating debt, payment extensions and offering customer centric solutions.
• Experience in collecting revenue
• Assist with customer bookings, servicing and general enquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Applied experience in debt collection and recovery of outstanding monies, including inbound/outbound calling.
• Demonstrated ability to interact compassionately and effectively with people in a wide range of circumstances.
• Solutions focused approach for customer resolutions.
• Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a Police Clearance
