Service Receptionist

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our busy and dynamic service department.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play an integral role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival through to vehicle collection. This is a fast-paced customer service position where professionalism, organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional first impression
• Managing incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
• Assisting with service bookings and appointment scheduling
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Ordering and maintaining office and customer amenities supplies as required
• Supporting Service Advisors and the wider service team with administrative tasks
• Coordinating customer lounge requirements and ensuring a premium dealership experience
• Assisting with customer follow-up communications
• General reception and administrative duties within the service department

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service roles
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional presentation and friendly manner
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Experience within an automotive dealership or luxury customer service environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential
