About the Role

Porsche Centre Brisbane are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our premium service team.

As the primary point of contact, you will deliver an exceptional ownership experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the prestige and quality associated with the Porsche brand.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑end customer environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and can confidently manage the end‑to‑end service journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers and manage service bookings with a professional and personalised approach
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate recommended work
• Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout the service process
• Identify and present additional service or repair opportunities
• Ensure all work is authorised and delivered in line with Porsche standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a high-end retail customer service role highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experience
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional presentation and strong problem‑solving capability
• Confident using dealer management systems and Microsoft Office
• Current driver’s licence
