Service Advisor

About the Role

Austral Honda are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check‑in through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to customers
• Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers throughout the service process
• Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Current driver’s licence
