Service Advisor

Eagers Automotive have an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Service Advisor.  In this role you will carry out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the guest and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:

• Welcome and check in their vehicles
• Discuss any work that needs to be done
• Making sure their vehicle is ready on time
• Arranging future service bookings

The successful applicant will take pride in offering the highest levels of customer service and will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximize productivity, efficiency and profitability.

The successful candidate will have: 

• Previous experience and demonstrated success in a similar role. 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience with meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Exemplary communication and attention to detail.
• High-level time management skills.
• A high level of professionalism.
• The ability to sell service products.
