Working amongst a small team of professionals the successful applicant must demonstrate a high level of customer relationship skills whilst being able to coordinate a busy workload.

Key responsibilities 

• Warmly greet and receive all customers at reception
• Manage customer booking requests via phone, email.
• Assist guests to use the facilities of our on site lounge while their car is being serviced
• Communicate clearly wait times, work required, and extras available
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers, face to face and via phone and email
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills by completing office management tasks, operating reception and conducting customer relations activities daily
• Ensure that all customers receive a high level of customer service, remain completely satisfied and receive their desired outcome throughout their dealings with the dealership
• Provide assistance to the service manager by assisting with delegation of senior tasks and business processes
• Understand and represent the BYD brand in an appropriate professional manner
