Parts Sales Consultant

Based at our Dealership at Newstead, Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work alongside our dynamic Service and Workshop team to provide the Ultimate Customer Experience to our valued customers with the unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”.

About the Role:

• Experience within parts sales & interpreting environment - automotive experience will be highly regarded
• Interpreting and ordering parts requested by service advisors.
• Answering phone enquiries
• Attending to requests efficiently and courteously
• Supporting the Service Departments with supply of parts
• Liaising with our Service, Predelivery and warehouse departments
• Handle internal business as required
• Unpacking of stock orders & keeping the storeroom neat and organised
• Good level of computer skills, experience with ERA (Pentana) systems would be highly regarded
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management & organisational skills
