About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored vehicle solutions while delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Mazda vehicles and products.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Follow up enquiries promptly and effectively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems.
• Participate in dealership promotions, events, and marketing activities.
• Ensure a high standard of product knowledge across the Mazda range.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive retail, though not essential.
• A strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
