About the Role

As a Porsche Sales Consultant, you will:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Showcase the Porsche range through engaging product presentations and test drives.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Manage customer enquiries using our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Represent the Porsche brand with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm.
• Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and delivery teams to achieve targets and KPIs

What You'll Bring

• Proven success with long term tenure in automotive or premium retail sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for luxury brands and customer service excellence.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to succeed.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• A current Australian driver's licence.
