About the Role

Newstead Mazda are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high‑performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of Australia’s most trusted automotive brands while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

You will guide customers through the end‑to‑end purchasing journey, building strong relationships and delivering tailored vehicle solutions while achieving strong sales results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate new Mazda vehicle models and features
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and conduct consistent follow‑up
• Work closely with the wider dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail, highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up capability
• Current driver’s licence
