New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Based out of the Ford Newstead Branch and office, Eagers Newstead Fleet is looking for their next Fleet Sales superstar !!

Based out of our Brisbane location, Newstead, we are looking for a Fleet Sales Consultant to join our successful fleet team. As a strong advocate for our brands, you will be known for achieving strong sales results and delivering the ultimate customer experience with a laser focus achieving KPIs and driving incremental fleet sales results.

As a key member of our Fleet Sales Team, you are truly passionate and committed to your role, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude - you are an inspiration & role model to your colleagues.

Working with our key Brands including Metro Ford, Eagers Nissan, City Subaru and Austral Honda we are looking for; eager, enthusiastic, and passionate salespeople who have had previous experience in Sales or Fleet Account Management, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

What the Role Entails

· Build strong relationships with existing Fleet customers

· Drive incremental sales growth in small and medium fleet segments

· Develop key relationships with FMO and external Fleet Companies

· Ability to seek out new opportunities and convert to sales.

· Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity

· A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs

· Deliver the ultimate customer experience with a high level of professionalism

· Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made

· Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritize the important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines

· Be agile and flexible to change - things move quickly here

· A strong and reliable worth ethic & process driven mindset

· Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey

· Delivering the feature and benefits to customers - taking them through their new car deliveries

· Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step

· Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments

· Managing vehicle deliveries

· Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs with a “nothings a problem" attitude

The successful applicant will possess:

· Previous sales experience in any industry

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to meet KPI’s and targets

· Excellent negotiation and closing skills

· Have a valid driver’s license

· A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge!
